Each plate measures 6" x 9" and has a facsimile autograph and a brief synopsis of the subject's contributions to the events. The plates are housed in decorated blue paper wrappers lettered in gilt with a red, white and blue ribbon tie. Very good, wrappers are worn at edges. Very good. Item #13774
